Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in Agile software development environments.
Strong experience supporting backend systems, APIs, and integration-heavy projects.
Expert-level proficiency with Charles Proxy and Proxyman for API inspection and troubleshooting.
Experience managing backend-focused technical projects and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
Working understanding of software development concepts, APIs, JSON, RESTful services, authentication methods, and system integrations.
Ability to understand basic coding principles and technical architectures in order to create effective developer-ready tickets and documentation.
Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, including backlog management, story creation, sprint tracking, and Agile workflows.
