Position Summary
:Provide essential administrative, operational, and analytical support across the contract lifecycle by ensuring that all agreements are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission for approval and execution. This role is responsible for the precise entry, maintenance, tracking, and analysis of contractual data within the contract lifecycle management (CLM) software and customer relationship management (CRM) platform, as well as for supporting validation, reporting, and structured analysis of contractual terms across existing agreements. The position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, enhancing visibility into contractual obligations, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and Legal Department standards.
