Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for progress claims and all related matters with contracts
- Act as key liaison for operation / site matters and office administration matters
- Coordinate with operation team, contracts and site engineers
- Other adminstrative tasks as assigned
- 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience in office adminstration
- CGCE 'O' / 'N' Level or Equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Knowledge and Experience in Construction Industry is an added advantage
- Possess goo d coordination and organization skills
- Great team player who is independent with pleasant disposition
- Hardworking, self-driven and high sense responsibility, good time management skills
- Biligual in English and Mandrin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
