 :Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contracts Manager - Compliance to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of a major Program Management Office in Riyadh, responsible for monitoring, measuring, and enforcing contractual compliance of PMCMs, consultants, and contractors across a large-scale program.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and report on contract compliance with scope, deliverables, schedules, milestones, KPIs and reporting.
Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, trackers and KPI scorecards for obligations, securities, guarantees, bonds, insurance, notices, variations and claims.
Prepare regular and ad hoc compliance reports, highlighting non-compliance, risks and recommended actions.
Coordinate with site and PMCM teams to identify non-compliance, agree corrective measures and follow up implementation.
