Responsibilities for a Contract Manager include but are not limited to:
+ Assume full end-to-end ownership of Statements of Work (SOWs) and SOW revisions, including reviewing, redlining, and analyzing terms to ensure alignment with procurement standards, rate cards, and legal policies.
+ Initiate and manage critical contract approval workflows within Fieldglass VMS and ServiceNow case management, driving timely progression, signature routing via DocuSign, and resolving pipeline issues.
