Contracts Manager Our client, an established Principal Contractor with an enviable pipeline of work in Scotland have an opening for a Contracts Manager to join them on a PERM basis. Projects: Height Services (Safety Systems) Conduct site surveys to assess fall protection requirements Prepare detailed reports following inspections and testing Compile quotations based on survey findings and client requirements Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders Support or oversee installation of systems where required Carry out inspection, testing, and certification of systems Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects Access ladders and step units Proven experience in fall protection systems or a closely related industry (e.g. roofing, access systems, height safety) Experience in surveying, reporting, and quoting work Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Competent with basic IT systems (report writing, spreadsheets, etc.) Full UK driving licence
