Job Title: Repairs Contract Manager (Social Housing Maintenance)
Location: Winchester (and surrounding contract patch)
Salary Bracket: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm (Long-term career pathway on a major framework)
