The Contracts Manager position entails overseeing projects, conducts reviews, and studies the legalities of the Contracts with the client or the subcontractors, and ensures full compliance with the Contract Terms and Conditions.
Key Accountabilities
- Review the ITT and prepare a list of requirements and address all contractual requirements and circulate the list to other involved departments.
- Review the Contract documents ,and issue queries to the Engineer/Employer relevant to the ITT and Conditions of Contract. Hence submit a list of items relevant to the financial arrangements shown in the Contract.
