Job Description
Adhere to daily operations of the security control room and ensure all procedures are followed.
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV), alarms, access control, and communication channels.
• Coordinate response to incidents and dispatch on-ground teams as required.
• Maintain a high standard of vigilance and reporting.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations.
• Liaise with security teams, emergency services, and clients where applicable.
