Join a leading aerospace team as a Control Systems Software Certification Engineer, where you'll support safety-critical software for gas turbines in both legacy and in-service systems.
Based in Longueuil, Quebec, or Mississauga, Ontario, this position offers full lifecycle exposure to DO-178C processes including requirements, design, and verification. With over five years of experience in embedded systems, you'll engage with programming languages like C/C++ and contribute to the development of certification documents and compliance testing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review software requirements and designs
• Contribute to code development in Assembly and C/C++
• Create and support certification artifacts and audits
• Ensure compliance with DO-178C guidelines
• Analyze test results for compliance verification
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
• 5+ years in controls or avionics
• Experience with DO-178C standards
