Job Description
Start a temporary role as a Control Technician at Eleonore Mine, Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. Focus on industrial automation, programming, and system optimization for 12 months.
As a vital part of the Mine Maintenance team, you will report to the Instrumentation and Control Supervisor. Your expertise will contribute significantly to programming, maintaining, and modernizing industrial control systems, ensuring operational excellence and system reliability in mining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain automated industrial components
• Troubleshoot and configure PLCs including Rockwell and ABB
• Collaborate on maintenance of communication networks
• Design and revise electrical instrumentation drawings using AutoCAD
• Participate in continuous improvements for mining equipment

• DEC in instrumentation and control or related discipline
