Role summary

The Controller Dispatcher will join the transport operations team to ensure timely, accurate dispatching while maintaining data security and customer experience standards. The role reports to the Operations Lead and collaborates with drivers, client account managers, and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inbound trip requests and assign jobs through Autocab 365 and iCabbi, optimizing for ETA, driver availability, and SLAs.
