This role is well suited for a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a smaller-company environment, oversees a lean team, and partners closely with leadership on key financial priorities. The Controller will manage core accounting functions, support operational decision-making, and help guide financial processes within a manufacturing-oriented organization undergoing business evolution.
Requirements
+ 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility in a Controller or senior accounting role
+ Strong hands-on experience with month-end close, general ledger activity, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
