Job Function

To coordinate and control the quality of the work activities of a team that executes a load plan for the cost‑effective, on‑time and in‑full delivery of client loads, contributing to managerial decision making.

Key performance areas

  • Brief and dispatch drivers to execute load plans.
  • Conduct vehicle and driver inspections.
  • Debrief drivers, check and control delivery documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to vehicle maintenance schedules.
  • Execute own work and team work according to set operating procedures and service level agreements.
  • Execute own work and teamwork in line with governance and compliance processes.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver own and team activities to ensure that agreed standards and operational objectives are met.
  • Coordinate and participate in learning interventions to establish a learning and development culture within the team.
