Controls Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Controls Engineer to support in upgrading production line systems across multiple manufacturing facilities in North America. This position will focus on PLC programming, system integration, and supporting automation enhancements to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability.

-Program, configure, and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs to support production line upgrades

-Support implementation of new automation systems across manufacturing facilities

-Work cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure smooth system integration

-Diagnose and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and improve performance

-Perform testing, validation, and commissioning of updated systems
