As at Valmet, you will be part of our Engineering Services team and apply your skills and experiences to support the performance of the large-scale papermaking equipment at our customers facilities across North America. 

  • Developing electrical and fluid schematics, machine control and human machine interface software for Valmet equipment.
  • Testing software modifications as well as participating in start-ups, and service calls.

    • You will direct and be responsible for project engineering work of complete projects at customer sites which include:

  • Developing the machine code in PLC or DNA system as well as Human Machine Interface (HMI), software so that equipment functions as specified.
  • Providing technical support for project meetings with customers.
  • Deliver technical training to customers' operators and/or maintenance personnel as needed.
