Vertiv Co is seeking a Controls Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery for the Americas controls application teams. This role focuses on supporting multiple cross‑functional teams in Mexico and the US, ensuring effective adoption of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. The Scrum Master will remove impediments, drive continuous improvement, and develop stakeholder communication. Candidates should have 3+ years as a Scrum Master in software development and possess strong communication and Agile coaching skills. This position is based in Monterrey, MX.
