Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves the setup, commissioning, and re-commissioning of customer systems utilizing DDC technology. The ideal candidate will provide solutions to mid-level systems problems and work closely with subcontractors and other trades to ensure optimal operation.
Responsibilities
Provide turnkey project delivery on small projects with a budget of 80 or fewer hours.
Work with unitary systems such as VAV, FPB, FCU, small AHUs, and basic CW/HW systems.
Complete all required commissioning documentation and maintain accurate As-Built drawing packages.
Submit timely paperwork, including time sheets, expense reports, and project status reports.
