The Globe Marketing Cross Segment Strategy Lead is responsible for driving and growing the Globe Brands. This role serves as the single point of accountability for the quality delivery (OTIF – On, Time, In‑Full) of projects and programs across cross segments, including regulatory, design, deployment, and activation of the full marketing mix via a detailed go‑to‑market plan.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Act as a support to the Masterbrand & Cross Segments Strategy Head in driving long‑term strategy and delivering in‑year 4Q plans for designated brands.
  • Drive competitive growth through consumer and trend‑led innovation and activation, leveraging all elements of the 5Ps of Marketing to serve the customer segment.
