Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp analytical thinker to help improve conversion rates for ecommerce brands through data analysis, UX research, and experimentation.


This is not a generic marketing role.


You’ll spend your time:

  • analyzing funnels and user behavior
  • reviewing session recordings and heatmaps
  • identifying friction points
  • coming up with test ideas
  • helping design better user experiences
  • supporting A/B testing programs


You do NOT need to be a “CRO expert.”


But you do need:

  • excellent English communication
  • strong attention to detail
  • analytical thinking
  • curiosity about user behavior
  • experience with ecommerce websites
  • good UX/UI instincts


Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Shopify
  • GA4
  • Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity
