About the Role

You will manage a busy and varied conveyancing caseload from instruction through to settlement, working closely with clients, agents, lenders, and internal stakeholders. Matters will include both residential and some off-the-plan transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of residential and some commercial conveyancing files

• Preparing and reviewing contracts of sale and Section 32 statements
