A well-established law firm is currently urgently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary - Transfers to join their Centurion Branch. POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 4 years proven experience as a Conveyancing specialising in Transfers
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Drafting and typing all conveyancing documentation
- Managing the full conveyancing file from start to finish
- Handling administration and follow-ups related to files
- Supporting attorneys and colleagues where required
- Ensuring deadlines are met and work is of high quality
