SUMMARY:
A well-established law firm is currently urgently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary - Transfers to join their Centurion Branch. POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years proven experience as a Conveyancing specialising in Transfers
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Drafting and typing all conveyancing documentation
  • Managing the full conveyancing file from start to finish
  • Handling administration and follow-ups related to files
  • Supporting attorneys and colleagues where required
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and work is of high quality
