+ Lead and mentor service technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
+ Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, and related controls.
+ Conduct quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
+ Diagnose and resolve electro-mechanical, electrical, and mechanical issues on industrial equipment and automation systems.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation to perform repairs and modifications.
