Job Description

Under daily supervision of the General Manager, the position of the Cook is responsible for preparing all food items in an expedient manner to specifications; and cleaning dishes, pots. pans, and public areas of the building. He/she is also responsible for keeping the floor dry and free of debris.


Essential Functions:

  • Prepare food in accordance with specifications.
  • Keep station stocked before, during and after shifts.
  • Set up stations
  • Keep floors at the work area free of debris and spills.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work station.
  • Wash dishes and take trash out to the dumpster.
  • Prep dough and other products for upcoming shifts.
  • Submit your CV.
