WHAT'S THE JOB?

The Lunch/Dinner Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking and serving meals family style according to the posted menu, under the direction of the Chef and Sous Chef.

This is a short-term contract between June-August, requiring the individual to remain at the lodge for the full duration. All travel, accommodations, meals, snacks and beverages are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking and serving scratch made meals family style according to the posted menu, under the direction of the Chef and Sous Chef, including soups, sandwiches, pastas and proteins
  • Adhering to all food safety standards, ensuring proper handling, storage, and sanitation of ingredients and equipment
  • Monitoring and recording temperatures for food items, as well as logging all necessary information to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
