The Coordinator, Customer Solutions - OCI supports sales and field service teams by overseeing the processing and fulfillment of customer orders, responding promptly to inquiries from customers and sales teams, and providing exceptional customer service to achieve optimal satisfaction. The role continually maintains and expands understanding of order-entry, inquiry, financial systems, and procedures, operating within policy and procedure guidelines.
