Job Description
**For This Role, Your Responsibilities Will be**:
Generate daily shortage reports for multiple coverages based on production schedules, through the portal to ensure material availability.
Open discrete jobs for shortage reports; 1 piece work orders
Coordinating material imports from PHR warehouse
Request and oversight trucks to import raw material from Pharr locations
Request material transfer from ETC_PHR to LOERA based on daily needs.
Request material to transfer from Reynosa to ETC Pharr
Design/optimize measurement tools and multifaceted reports to find the accurate balance between stocking levels and service levels
Material Expediting
Inventory Projection and Control in REY warehouse
Optimize the quality of the material planning through improvement proposals
Inventory report generation and distribution by planner
Provide support to Planner/Buyers in regular daily function activities
