Job Description

Position Summary

Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and programs for the Distribution Center including staffing, training and development, payroll/compensation and benefits administration, employee relations and satisfaction level of AutoZoners.

Position Responsibilities
  • Manages the efficient operation of payroll administration (overtime, holiday pay, vacation, disabilities), recruitment and selection procedures to interview and hire new personnel applying psychometric tests. Captures new hires on GMP and IBIX Systems.
  • Manages status changes of AutoZoners, Absenteeism Control, ensuring HR Services and Administrative processes to AutoZoners (uniforms, loans, discount cards, employment references, work letters). Manages personnel files and incidents records, including corrective actions and RPM.
