About the Role
Help at Hand Support Services is a growing Melbourne-based NDIS provider looking for a motivated Coordination Admin Officer to be an essential part of our coordination team. This is a first-point-of-contact role focused on client intake, admin support, and coordination assistance — with a clear, structured pathway to a full Care Coordinator position within 12-18 months.
We're not holding out for someone who already has all the experience — we're looking for someone with the right foundation, the right attitude, and the drive to grow.
