About the role
The Coordinator responsibilities will:
Manage the main calendars and scheduling program specifics for all fundraising-related prospecting and diligence meetings across multiple asset classes, and for both internal and external stakeholders.
Along with internal stakeholders, coordinate and execute virtual and in-person fundraise roadshows and other prospective investor meetings and group events.
Manage investor meeting logistics including booking rooms, catering, and transportation.
Draft meeting agendas and briefing notes and organize meeting materials.
Pro-actively generate monthly and ad-hoc activity reports as needed.
Lead ad-hoc initiatives to improve operational processes
Demonstrate, over time, awareness of fundamental business principles and understanding of overall firm structure and objectives to ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followed.
