ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages candidate’s interview scheduling 
  • Coordinates candidate’s interview travel 
  • Verifies details of jobs in applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Creates offer letters and obtains required approvals through the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Initiates pre-hire on-boarding for new employees 
  • May assist in the new-hire orientation process
  • Enters data into automated systems and audits data entry
  • Verifies completeness and accuracy of documents
  • Maintains files and documentation
  • Provides information to employees and candidates
  • Assists in complex administrative processes
  • May prepare special reports for internal team
  • Participate on project teams as assigned
