Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Procurement and Supply Chain Optimization, the Coordinator, Procurement will ensure an uninterrupted flow of aircraft parts & tools to the operation. Duties & Responsibilities Accurately process all purchase, repair, exchange, and loan orders to ensure an uninterrupted flow of aircraft parts to the operation, ensuring that vendors meet the agreed turnaround time Source and negotiate the most cost-effective options to support Porter’s Technical Operations, ensuring that all materials procured meet company and regulatory bodies standards for quality Coordinate Line Maintenance, AOG, and Heavy Maintenance requirements and communicate among the various teams involved to ensure that parts are sourced accurately and in a timely manner Monitor Purchasing Inbox for part requests, and order as required Disposition of unserviceable parts as scrap, repair or replacement Collaborate with Stores to process Material Return Authoriz...Apply for This Position
