The role involves handling SIM lifecycle management, core network provisioning, troubleshooting IMS call flow issues, and supporting operational excellence across telecom network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, operate, and maintain HLR/HSS systems in a multi-country environment
- Support SIM and voucher management systems operations and maintenance
- Handle provisioning of core network components and IT systems
- Collaborate with core network teams, architects, vendors, and country operations teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to provisioning platforms and HLR/HSS systems
