Job Description
Corporate Actions (Nominees Client) for both local & foreign shares trading (FST):
a. Corporate Announcements in GBO as per entitlement details.
b. Rights Issue/ Bonus Issue/ Warrant Subscription/ Take Over Acceptance/ Shares Split.
• Monitoring and processing:
- a. Acceptance monies for Corporate Action
- b. Shares balances & Shares Transfer for local and FST clients
- c. Reconciliation of stock holding positions for FST clients
- d. Transfer of Shares Inward & Outward (Pre-matching client instruction)
- e. GBO updating on shares Transfer & Deposit
- f. Rightful claim
Preparation of month-end statements for FST clients.
Processing of proxy forms on behalf of Nominees clients for Annual & Extra Ordinary General Meetings.
Attending to other matters related to corporate actions, assisting Remisiers/Dealers on corporate action issues, and liaising with branches for all corporate action matters...
