The Role

You will join a busy and dynamic corporate team advising a varied client base that ranges from entrepreneurs and family businesses to institutional clients. The work spans M&A, joint ventures, investment structures and general corporate advisory. The role will involve significant client contact, a wide range of transactional work and the opportunity to take on responsibility from an early stage.
