Corporate Counsel (Mid-Level)

TDK SensEI is seeking a mid-level Corporate Counsel based in Singapore to act as the primary in‑house lawyer for the Singapore HQ and the first‑line legal reviewer for regional subsidiaries including USA, China and Japan.

This role will providepragmaticlegal support across commercial, corporate, and operational matters, with a strong focus on screening, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs, commercial contracts, and related documentation. The ideal candidate will be business‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. This is a solo in‑house role with no direct legal team; the lawyer must be a self‑starter who works independently and owns legal outcomes for the Singapore HQ.
