JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for ensuring that all building systems, contracted services, and engineering operations of Alogis Artico cold storages comply with regulatory, safety, and technical standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant government and regulatory requirements affecting company facilities (e.g., DOLE, DENR, LGUs, BFP).
- Maintain updated records and permits required for operations.
- Coordinate, document, and support engineering technical audits such as APMC evaluations.
- Ensure timely closure of audit findings in coordination with relevant departments.
