- Coordinate/liaise with law enforcement agencies;
- Appear in the prosecutor’s office and Philippines courts (MTC, RTC);
- Give legal opinions;
- Prepare and review contracts;
- Monitor cases of the Legal department;
- Perform other legal task that may be required or necessitated by the circumstance or as instructed by the Management and the Immediate Head;
- Assist legally all Refilling Plants or Subsidiary of Republic Gas Corporation.
