Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate legal matters, labor relations, and taxation
- Draft contracts, review legal compliance, and represent the company in legal proceedings
- Ensure company adherence to regulatory requirements and risk mitigation on corporate governance, business structure, and strategic decisions
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents such as partnership, supplier, and confidentiality agreements
