Responsibilities
- Drafts, create, edits and implement legal contracts.
- Reviews documents for accuracy, comprehensiveness and compliance regulations.
- Communicates with in-house and external legal counsel to prepare transaction documents.
- Represents the company in legal deals, negotiating, modifying and executing business deals.
- Advises the internal stakeholders on transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and help in developing favorable terms for the company.
- Advises stakeholders on risk and compliance matters
- Protects the interest of the company by managing potential legal risks and violations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as law, political science, or business
- Juris Doctor Degree from a recognized law school
- Must be a bar passer and with an active license.
- Must have at least 3 years working experience as a corporate law...
