Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain corporate records, board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and minute books to ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations.

File incorporation documents, corporate registrations, and amendments with federal and provincial authorities.

Assist with mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other corporate transactions, including due diligence and document preparation.

Monitor and ensure timely filing of annual returns, corporate updates, and statutory documents with government agencies. 
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience of corporate or commercial law in Canada, corporate or commercial law experience, preferably in-house, with strong knowledge of corporate governance, incorporations, and statutory filings.

Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
