About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can drive end-to-end hiring while serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, deliver market insights, and help shape effective hiring strategies in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and overall fit
  • Provide market insights, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking
