Responsibilities
- Process and interview prospective employees for support hiring positions such as HR roles, Finance, Team Leaders, Workforce, Quality, Operations Managers and Trainers.
- Determine appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsibilities and supports administration of pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and anticipate recruiting needs to ensure appropriate applicant flow.
- Perform good decision making in the management of new requisitions.
- Support Recruiting Manager in administration of all recruiting and employment activities.
- Develops and creates job advertisements to be posted on job boards and social media.
- Management of Job portals and boards.
- Sourcing for enough pool of candidates to meet hiring needs.
- Screen and interview candidates in accordance with company, client and account qualifications.
