**Position Summary**

Build and sustain safety leadership capability across the enterprise by developing a structured career architecture, standardizing onboarding, and creating world-class training programs that grow future safety leaders.

**Position Details**

+ Develop and maintain a Safety Competency Model for all levels and roles.

+ Serve as custodian of all safety training programs ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

+ Grow Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) capability.

+ Standardize onboarding and build career pathways for safety professionals.

+ Partner with HR on succession plans and leadership pipelines.

+ Support onboarding of regional safety leaders with mentoring and structured development.

+ Design Foreman/General Foreman/PM/PE Leadership Curriculum.
