Job Description

I. Position Summary

  • Manages sales group within the assigned area
  • Manages the needs and concerns of all branches within assigned area, including but not limited to administrative requirements

II. Responsibilities

  • Makes sure group attains the quarterly and annual group sales target
  • Trains and develops competitive sales team leads
  • Second approves (Noted) unit costing computation and quotations
  • Makes sure that all teams within assigned area are accredited by financing institutions
  • Monitors monthly team pipeline and consummated reports. Reports the same during upper management sales meetings
  • Makes sure that all team under assigned area has no floating accounting transactions
  • Develops a sales group strategy to maximize team efficiency
