Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customer's enquiries and prepare sales quotation
- Follow up and coordinate customer order and perform good customer service
- Liase with relevant parties (eg. factories, suppliers, sub-contractor) for sampling sourcing and coordinate production delivery
- Manage and coordinate orders to ensure order reached according to customer's request
- Respond promptly to customers inquiries via WhatsApp messages, phone calls and emails
- Maintain strong relationships with new & existing clients through visitations to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businesses.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field (required for EP application assessment).
