Corporate Secretarial Executive (Finance Team)

Vantage is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Capital Markets Execution Coordinator to assist with KYC, onboarding processes, and transaction execution coordination tasks (virtual data rooms, site visits etc) within the Capital Markets team. You will work closely with other members of the Capital Markets team, and report to the Senior Director, Head of APAC Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful individual who has strong organizational skills and a keen sense of ownership.

• Manage KYC processes with prospective lenders, banks, and debt investors.
• Manage internal onboarding and vendor‑setup processes for counterparties.
• Coordinate supporting workstreams for transaction execution.
• Collate and organise documents for virtual data rooms.
