We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a well established and growing Corporate team in Devizes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload and play a key role in the continued expansion of the department.

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals, restructures, management buyouts, shareholders' agreements and joint ventures
• Support and lead on transactions depending on experience
