Technical Center in Pilsen is one of the largest Lear development centers in Europe. We employ 300 professionals in seat development, vehicle electrical components, central sales and purchasing, as well as in many other departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the supplier components qualification for new projects
- Manage supplier quality activities from prototype to serial phase in given projects
- Perform technical analysis and root cause analyses
- Coordinate daily activities with other SQA engineers and project cross functional team
- Support supplier's industrialization and validation processes
- Perform preventive audits
- Ensure the quality goals of suppliers are met to improve customer satisfaction and reduce quality costs
