About the Role
We are seeking a Corporate Support Officer to provide part-time administrative and bookkeeping support for hostel-related administrative operations and account matters.
The role involves handling documentation, invoice and payment processing, financial data entry, bank reconciliation, journal adjustments, and preparation of monthly financial statements for management review.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Functions
- Collect and review supporting documents for processing.
- Generate and process invoices and payments.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Admin Manager.
Bookkeeping Functions
- Perform data entry for financial transactions.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliation.
- Process accruals and journal adjustments.
- Prepare monthly financial statements for submission and review.
